Sumie Tachibana can help you I am a veteran fashion designer from New York and Los Angeles, and I can teach you. Fashion design and teaching are my two biggest passions. I've been doing both for over 15 years in New York, Los Angeles, and now here in Richmond, Texas.
I am now offering individual and small group classes in the Richmond and Sugar Land, Texas area.
