Have you ever wanted to learn how to sew or take your skills to the next level? Are you frustrated with your projects looking "home-made" or too disheveled? Sumie Tachibana can help you I am a veteran fashion designer from New York and Los Angeles, and I can teach you. Fashion design and teaching are my two biggest passions. I've been doing both for over 15 years in New York, Los Angeles, and now here in Richmond, Texas.
I am now offering individual and small group classes in the Richmond and Sugar Land, Texas area.

I have worked in several facets of the fashion industry which includes: Elie Tahari fabric buyer, free-lance wardrobe stylist, fashion show producer, photo shoot art director, independent fashion designer.
My work has been featured in publications and media which include Vogue Italia, WWD, Zink Magazine, Hope Street (UK Based), New York Magazine, ABC Local News, Time Out Magazine, and Vestal Magazine.
