We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. Our streamlined return process ensures a smooth and effortless experience.
All items are eligible for a return with the exception of Sale items and custom order items.
Please contact us first before sending back the item.
In order to receive a full refund of the purchased item(s), item(s) must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt in its original condition. Returns received after this period will be sent back to you.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and the safe return of all packages. It is strongly recommended to insure and track all packages to assure arrival.
All items must be unworn and unused, in their original packaging, and must have all original tags and labels attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. You will be credited your full payment amount less the cost of shipping within 3-5 business days of the received returns.
To maintain a fair returns policy for all customers, we monitor return activity. Excessive or irregular returns may result in the denial of future returns or the closure of your account
