This week I worked on a conceptual shelf top inspired by a dream. As I completed the project, it reminded me more and more of European armour, a bonus.
This piece required 20 pattern pieces, over 80 cut pieces (some in between the outer and inner layers), and hours of good music!
The materials are:
1. Italian metallic brocade, Italian silk duchess satin, and silk trim
